At Berrigan Motel, we aim to ensure a smooth and accommodating experience for our guests. Recognizing that plans may change, we have outlined our cancellation policy below for your reference:

1. Cancellation Notice Period: Guests are kindly requested to cancel their reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. This requires notifying us of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time on your reservation day.
2. How to Cancel: To cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us via phone at +61 3 5885 2831 or email at bookings@berriganmotel.com.au. It is crucial to receive a confirmation of cancellation from us to ensure the proper processing of your request.
3. Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within the 48-hour notice period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
   In the event of a no-show without any prior cancellation notice, guests will be charged for the entire duration of the stay as originally booked.
4. Non-Refundable Policy: Please be aware that the cancellation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
5. Early Departures: Should you decide to depart earlier than your scheduled departure date, please inform our front desk staff at your earliest convenience. Early departures will be treated as cancellations, and no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
6. Exceptions: Berrigan Motel may, at its discretion, consider waiving cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
7. Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made through a third-party service or travel agent, kindly contact them directly for assistance with your cancellation. Cancellation terms may vary based on their policies.

Berrigan Motel, located at 20-28 Stewart Street, Berrigan, NSW, is dedicated to supporting the needs of our guests who travel with electric vehicles (EVs). This policy outlines the use of the motel's standard power points for EV charging, emphasizing safety and accessibility.

This policy applies to all guests of Berrigan Motel who wish to use the motel's standard power points for charging their electric vehicles.

• Pre-Arrangement Requirement: Guests must arrange the use of power points for EV charging with motel management prior to their arrival, via phone, email, or our online booking system.
• Availability: Access to power points is subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Charging Fee: A fee of $50 per day per vehicle is charged for the use of power points for EV charging.
• Billing: This fee will be added to the guest’s motel bill and must be settled upon arrival.

• Guest’s Responsibility: Guests must provide their own charging cable, ensuring it is compatible and in good working condition.
• Cable Placement: All cables must be safely placed to avoid creating a trip hazard or obstructing walkways, in accordance with safety guidelines provided by the motel.
• Hotel’s Limitation: Berrigan Motel provides standard power points only and does not offer specialized EV charging equipment.

• Time Limit: Vehicles must be unplugged and removed from the power point after a maximum of 12 hours of charging, or once fully charged, whichever occurs first.
• Responsibility: BerriganMotel is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or personal property during the charging process.

  • Distance: Approximately 32 km from the motel
• NMRA Charging Station
  • Location:  33 Powell St, Jerilderie NSW 2716 
  • Distance: Approximately 37 km from the motel

Guests using the power points for EV charging at Berrigan Motel are expected to comply with this policy. Non-compliance may lead to the revocation of charging privileges.

This policy may be amended at any time by the management of Berrigan Motel.

This Guest Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Berrigan Motel ("Motel") and the guest(s) ("Guest"). By booking a stay at the Motel, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with the specified terms during their stay.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM

2. Damage Deposit:

• We reserve the right to charge a $100 damage deposit will be charged to your credit card at check-in.
• Refunded on check-out day if no damage or theft of motel property occurs.

3. Credit Card Authorization:

• Required upon booking confirmation for potential cancellations or room damages.

4. Force Majeure:

• In case of unforeseen events making the property unavailable, alternative accommodation will be sought or a full refund provided.

5. Payment Policy:

• Payment due at the end of the free cancellation period.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Standard Bookings: Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in incurs a fee of the first night's room rate.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Full amount charged, non-refundable.
• No changes or refunds once checked in.

7. Linen:

• Provided and must be left in rooms on departure.

8. Pets and Service Animals:

• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with Management, $50 fee  applies, Pets must not go on Motels furniture and must be on a lead when out of the room, Pets can not be left unattended.
• A $100 pet damage deposit will be charged to your credit card at check-in, this will be Refunded on the check-out day if no breach of policy or damage of motel property occurs.
• Service animals allowed with prior proof to Management at no charge.

9. Guest Responsibilities:

• Liable for any property damage, breakages, theft, or loss.
• Noise curfew between 9:30 PM and 7:30 AM.
• Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without a refund.
• Property to be vacated on time and secured.

10. Smoking:

• Only in designated areas; $250 charge for violations.

11. Problems or Complaints:

• Report immediately to Management.

12. Travel Insurance:

• Recommended for guests.

Booking Acceptance:

• Booking implies acceptance of these terms.
